Have us speak at your event!
We would love the oportunity to come and speak at your event or service about the work we are doing to reach out to impovrished children throughout the world!
We would welcome the opportunity to begin a cross country journey to spread the word about the plight of the Haitian people, this is sure to be a life changing and emotional event for each who attend, your eyes will be opened to the suffering of God's people living in the poorest country in the western hemisphere, only a few hundred miles south of Miami Florida, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to come and speak to your church or civic group, we ask that you be as date flexible as possible while we collect reservations.
If you would have us come speak at your event here is what we would ask of you:
-- A place to stay for up to 4 people, (we can sleep at the church, at
church members houses, or in a hotel we are flexible, and we will bring sleeping bags!)
-- Permission to set up a table after the presentation with flyers, brochures, prayer cards, as well as items that can be purchased for a donation such as t-shirts (all gifts are tax deductible).
-- A projection system to hook up to our laptop to display a media presentation (if allotted time allows).
-- Permission to ask for donations and collect a love offering.
-- A love gift when reserving dates is appreciated to help us raise funds to travel.
